WHY BOOK WITH US

A full refund is available if bookings are cancelled 15 days or more before the start of the transfer or tour. There is no refund if bookings are cancelled 14 days or less before the start of the transfer or tour. The only exception is our zip line excursions in Juneau and Ketchikan where a penalty is charged from time of booking.

Please refer to the notes listed with the zip line excursion description for details on the cancellation policy. No cancellation penalty will be applied if your ship misses a port of call or is late arriving at the port and alternative times can not be arranged.

No cancellation penalty will be applied when excursions are cancelled by a supplier as a result of poor weather. CruiseExperts Travel Ltd. and the suppliers we represent reserve the right to cancel tours due to minimum passenger numbers not being met, weather or when safety is a concern.
